Requirements:

• Common law qualification (preferred),
• High level of English proficiency (Arabic/Russian language skills preferred)
• Minimum three years of experience in a law firm focusing on commercial and corporate matters.

Job Description:

As a Junior Associate at our office in ADGM, you will play a crucial role in our legal team, specializing in commercial and corporate law. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting senior attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to company formation, mergers, acquisitions, funds, and corporate governance,
• Conducting legal research and analysis on various legal issues,
• Providing support in due diligence processes for corporate transactions,
• Liaising with clients and external parties on legal matters,
• Assisting in preparing and presenting legal opinions and advice to clients,
• Staying updated with relevant legal developments and regulations in the ADGM, UAE and internationally,
• Collaborating with team members on various legal projects and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Preferably common law qualified with a strong understanding of commercial and corporate laws principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Arabic/Russian is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in handling corporate transactions and legal documentation.
